Vehicle manufacturers (VM) need to implement supplier portfolio selection strategies in order to optimize current business activities and existing resource allocations. The choice in selection would require research into various facets, which includes the type of supplier and logistics flow, the impact on its financial results as well as the supply associated with the choice.
